Good Bye Sixth Grade! Posted by Edith

Hi my name is Edith.   In 6th grade you have a lot of stuff to do like band and atlethics.  You have to walk a lot at this school and there is a lot of drama and other stuff but, 6th grade is cool.

The reading teacher’s name is Mrs. Schauer.  She is my best teacher and she is the librarian too.  She lets us use the computers and we write blogs and make book trailers. We read  books like The Giver and Number the Stars.

The spelling teachers name is Mr.Niemeier.  He is the English teacher too and we write stories and read books.  When we read books we do projects to go along with them. 

The band teacher is strict and his name is Mr. Flores.  He also the history teacher and in his class we take  notes and do a lot of writing.

The math teacher’s name is Coach DeCamp.  She gives a lot of work but she is cool because she lets us work in partners.

The science teacher’s name is Mrs. Camden.  She is cool and when we’re done with our work she lets us put our desks together and talk.

That’s all my teachers.  This year was the best. I made a lot of friends this year even though there was a lot of drama.  We were allowed to use our phones but not in class.  If we didn’t pass our classes, we had to go to mandatory study hall.  This is a great school and this year was the best.
